PicMentor is developed using .NET – that means you need a webhost supporting ASP.NET in order to run it. Also you need to be able (or getting your webhost to) change permissions for your image directory so the application can upload images and create support files containing image descriptions etc.

Yes. As long as the product doesn’t change it’s major version number you are entitled to upgrades. For example you have bought a license of PicMentor V1.1. After a few months version 1.2 is out. Then you have the right to use that as well.
