Site layout

Finally I have gotten to upgrade this beast, aspcode.net that is, to KBMentor 2.5. Running under ASP.NET 2.0 and new layout, but since KBM2.5 involves a totally new rewrite engine I am certain a lot of links are not working. I will fix them one at the time, I have tried my best to fix it with ISAPI rewrites, but must have missed quite a few.

I will now get back to producing some useful content for the site :)
